1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of Lawreinstein's Place — including this website, the waitlist, and any related platforms — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Lawreinstein's Place is a platform navigation hub and waitlist service for six verticals: Fashion, Touch, Assist, Build, Farms, and Homes. At present, the primary services are:
- A public landing page describing the Lawreinstein's Place brand.
- A waitlist allowing interested users to register their email and receive early access to verticals upon launch.
Additional services will be made available as individual verticals launch.
3. Coming Soon Verticals
Lawren Farms and Lawren Homes are in development and are currently listed as Coming 2027. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the launch date, features, or availability of these verticals. Registering your interest creates no contractual obligation on either party.
4. Payments
Where payment functionality is available, all transactions are processed by Flutterwave, a licensed payment service provider. By making a payment through our platform, you also agree to Flutterwave's terms and conditions. Lawreinstein's Place does not store your payment card details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Lawreinstein's Place — including the brand name, logo, design language, copy, and imagery — is the exclusive property of Lawreinstein's Place Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lawreinstein's Place Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NGN 10,000, whichever is greater.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
