The Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 was issued by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) to safeguard the rights of natural persons to data privacy and foster safe conduct for transactions involving the exchange of personal data. Please include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and fulfil it within 30 days. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this by a further 60 days, with prior notification.

In line with NDPR requirements for organisations processing personal data, Lawreinstein's Place Limited has designated a Data Protection Officer. The DPO is responsible for overseeing our data protection strategy and ensuring compliance with the NDPR.

Your data may be processed outside Nigeria by our service providers (Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery). Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with NDPR requirements.
